Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Be assured that your items will ship out in 2-3 business days once ordered. Note that holidays and weekends are not included in this timeframe. U.S. Postal Service (USPS) is our preferred shipping carrier. All orders are shipped with tracking which is sent to the e-mail you provide at checkout. You can track your packages at www.usps.com

 

 

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly. Once your package is shipped, we cannot intercept a package, expedite transit times, or locate your package beyond the carriers tracking information. We are not responsible for packages delayed in transit or marked “delivered” by the carrier, or sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Please double check that the information you enter is correct before submitting your payment. A re-shipping fee may apply to orders that have been returned to us due to incorrect entry of shipping address.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We really hope you LOVE your purchase, but if you aren't 100% satisfied, we will accept returns postmarked within 14 days of the shipment date. Please use a tracking service when shipping back a return, as we are not responsible for lost packages. You are responsible for shipping costs on all returns. 

 

Unworn, unwashed merchandise should be mailed, along with a copy of your receipt. The original merchandise tag MUST be attached. Items returned with obvious use, perfume or product stains may be subject to refusal.

 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL!

 

Orders that do not meet the 14 day return policy will not be accepted. If your return qualifies we will email you a code for a store credit to use online or at a pop-up party.

We cannot guarantee exchanges. To ensure you get the item you will need to place a new order. We sell out quickly so this will be the only way to make sure you get the item you want.
